Available periods, avoid dates, preferred dates, Presenter standing rules, venues, Show-Date Mileage, Travel-Date Mileage, weekly and tour maximums, required time off, and Artist travel conditions produce the initial logical tour.
One complete day plan
A morning or early-afternoon Master Class or Matinee remains attached to its concert day. Travel before the education event, program duration, venue changes, setup, rest, and evening call time are evaluated together.
Booking/Contracting Director finalizes the tour
CenterStage never approves its own draft. The Booking/Contracting Director edits, coordinates both sides, resolves exceptions, documents decisions, and gives final tour approval.
